    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak in cold water for 10-12 hours. Boil in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes or 30-40 minutes in a normal cooker.

    Did you know ?

    • Soaking products such as dried beans, chickpeas, red beans in cold water the day before cooking (10-12 hours) and the cooking them in pressure cooker shortens the cooking time and saves energy. Hot water causes the shells to be separated.
    • We recommend that you add a table spoonful of cooking oil to prevent foaming.
